The Second Online Project Meeting

The Startup Lab Project partners came together for their second online meeting to focus on the next important step of the project: The Needs Assessment Report under Activity 1.

The main objective of the session was to align on the data collection process and ensure a shared understanding of the tools and methods that will be used across all partner countries. Association Hexagonale presented the desk research template along with the draft survey and interview content, which were reviewed collaboratively by all partners.

Participants contributed by suggesting additional questions and sharing practical comments based on their local contexts and target groups.

Partners also discussed the structure of reporting and agreed that a common template for quantitative and qualitative results, including individual country reports, will be developed by Association Hexagonale to support harmonised analysis and comparison of findings.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment from all partners to collect data throughout January, prepare their national reports, and submit them to Association Hexagonale. Work on the desk research will continue in parallel, with progress and deadlines to be reviewed at the next partner meeting.
