The project Startup Lab aims to empower
adults and NEETs with the entrepreneurial, digital, and business skills
necessary to create sustainable self-employment opportunities,foster economic
inclusion, and contribute to the digital transformation of their communities.
The concrete objectives of the project are:
-Equip participants with digital
entrepreneurship skills in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online business
models to enhance their self-employment potential.
-Integrate AI and technology-driven tools
into training, enabling participants to use AI-powered market analysis,
automation, and business intelligence for smarter decision-making and
competitiveness.
-Provide mentorship and support for
participants in developing and refining viable business ideas, including
business plan creation. -Enhance employability and self-employment
prospects by delivering practical, market-relevant skill-building programs. -Foster social and economic inclusion by
specifically targeting NEETs and underserved groups, empowering them through entrepreneurship. -Encourage innovation and sustainability in
business ventures by providing specialized training and resources.
The project Startup Lab perfectly respond the
need to bridge the skills gap and foster digital entrepreneurship, particularly
by integrating sustainability and circular economy principles into business
practices. The project innovatively combines digital entrepreneurship,
AI-powered business intelligence, and circular economy principles into a
comprehensive and practical training model. By providing training on digital
tools, marketing, and access to online marketplaces, the Project ensures that
adult learners can participate effectively in the digital economy while
promoting environmental responsibility. By doing so, it will enable
participants to build and sustain online businesses, fostering self-sufficiency
